- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. I am a 20 year customer. My minor's son account was transferred to the State with no notification. Both parents had bank accounts there, neither were contacted. I went to deposit money in my sons account and found out they transferred it. Individual was not helpful and was almost bothered with us. Did not apologize. Was not helpful!!!! I ended up closing all my accounts there including my other child's account which was not sent to the State. I understand regulations but at least help your customer figure out how to get their child's college fund back. Not just say go to this website and fill out a form.
